“ANA Intercontinental Tokyo aims for luxury in the Roppongi district, yet reports suggest inconsistent experiences, particularly around promised lounge access. While some praise the impeccable service in Club Kaze rooms, others cite dated rooms and unfulfilled expectations. With Michelin-starred dining and a central location, the hotel clearly targets business and leisure travelers, but appears to fall short on delivering consistent value across all room categories.”
