disorganized lounge stressed staff
the club lounge was a mess. it felt chaotic and disorganized. getting a simple coffee took FORever, even when i asked multiple times. the staff seemed stressed, and i just felt ignored. IT was not a relaxing experience.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (i really enjoyed it!). the club lounge offered a generous breakfast with sweeping views of the city.

efficient service breakfast buffet effective curtains
the hotel provided a great experience i found the room service quick and efficient the breakfast buffet offered many choices and the staff were always helpful and attentive i also appreciated that trains were within easy walking distance. cabs were readily available too. the room had very effective blackout curtains i found this particularly useful.
i thought there was a noticeable lack of seating in public areas of the hotel this made waiting or meeting others somewhat inconvenient.

the hotel is near a subway line that is only a short walk away i found this very convenient for getting around the city the proximity to the subway was a definite plus. this made exploring the area very easy.

my room was spacious and very clean i really appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the room it added a lot to my overall comfort. the room provided everything i needed.

the hotel features a money exchange machine i found the exchange rate offered was better than those at similar machines elsewhere in the city this provided a convenient and cost-effective solution. it had very competitive rates.
